Chamonix is world-famous for its high mountains, and one of its most iconic experiences is taking the Aiguille du Midi cable car for an unforgettable journey into the heart of the Alps.
The Vallée Blanche is an off-piste glacier descent, so your guide will assess your ability and snow conditions over the first two days. If it’s a good fit, this might be the most memorable ski run of your life—starting at 3,842 m and descending up to 22 km down to Chamonix (snow permitting). If snow conditions don’t allow, you’ll take the scenic Montenvers train back to town.
If you prefer not to ski the Vallée Blanche, we’ll still ride the Aiguille du Midi for its stunning views, then enjoy a ski day at Les Houches, Le Tour, or another nearby resort.
Your own mountain guide and all necessary safety equipment are included. The Vallée Blanche is not steep, but skiing at high altitude in fresh snow can be challenging, so we’ll ensure conditions make for a smooth, enjoyable descent.
